How to use
the Virtual Sodexo Card?

Pay online

The same way you would pay with a traditional card:
  • Sign into your account at wirtualna.sodexo.pl
  • Enter the card number, expiry date and CVC (the 3 digits at the back of your card)
  • Confirm the transaction with an ePIN and SMS code

Start paying with your phone at the store and other service points:
  • Wake up your phone with NFC enabled (you don't even have to unlock it)
  • Hold your phone near the terminal
  • If the transaction amount exceeds PLN 100, you will need to unlock your phone to confirm your identity - entering your PIN at the terminal is not required

FAQ

It is a prepaid payment card which exists only in electronic form (it does not have a physical carrier). With this Card you pay online and make contactless payments if you add it to your Google Pay or Apple Pay mobile wallet.
The Card can be used for on-line payments and in all stores and service points bearing Mastercard logo and equipped with a contactless payment terminal. The Card can also be used for contactless cash withdrawal from any ATM equipped with a proximity reader - in Poland there are over 10 thousand of them.
  1. Visit wirtualna.sodexo.pl
  2. Enter the received card token, your mobile phone number (this will be your login to the service), date of birth and country of residence
  3. Enter the verification code received by SMS and set a password
  4. To activate your profile, accept the terms and conditions received by email
  1. Log in to your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl
  2. Click 'Link card'
  3. Enter the card activation code you received
  4. Confirm the activation by e-mail.
The card is active as soon as the registration/adding to the profile process is completed.
You can find all the necessary information on the mobile wallet providers’ websites:
  1. Open the Wallet app
  2. press '+' in the top right corner of the screen
  3. select 'Enter card details manually'
  4. from the list of banks and card issuers, choose: DiPocket
  5. enter the card details: number, expiry date, security/CVC code (to be found on the back of the card) and your personal data
  6. accept the terms of mobile payments for the card
  7. select verification by text message and enter the code received by SMS
  8. the code will be sent to your phone number registered at wirtualna.sodexo.pl
Once you enter the code received by SMS, you can make payments with your device.
  1. On your device, download the Google Pay app from the Google Play.
  2. Open the app and then select "Add a payment method"
  3. Select 'Credit or debit card' and then ’Enter data manually'
  4. Enter your Virtual Sodexo Card number, expiry date and CVC code (to be found on the back of the card)
  5. Accept the terms of use of the app and the card
  6. Select SMS as the verification method and enter the code received by SMS
  7. The code will be sent to your phone number registered at wirtualna.sodexo.pl
Once you enter the code received by SMS, you can make payments with your device.
The use of mobile payments is completely free.
When making each contactless cash withdrawal, you will be asked to enter your PIN. Once you have registered/added your card, you will receive your PIN number via an SMS to the number used for the card registration. You can also change it when you log in to your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl by clicking 'Change PIN' option in the 'Card' tab.
You can also use the 'Resend PIN' option - an SMS with the current PIN will be sent to your registered phone number.
In order to make online payment with the Card, enter the following data: card number, expiry date, CVC code (you can find this data when you log in to your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl) and confirm the transaction with the ePIN and SMS code.
Add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and set it as the default payment card (on your smartphone, smartwatch or smart band). Before making a payment, unlock on wake up your device with the NFC activated and then put it close to the terminal.
You can make a contactless withdrawal from any ATM bearing this sticker Aby wypłacić należy:
  1. Unlock your phone (or other mobile device) with the NFC activated
  2. Put your phone close to the reader
  3. Enter your PIN
  4. Choose the amount
  5. Take your cash from the machine

You can find information about available funds and transaction history when you log in to your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl. Available funds are presented on the home screen. Transaction history can be found in the 'Transaction history' tab.
The expiration date can be found at the front of the Card (in the 'Card' tab), after logging into your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl.
The card activation code is a unique, confidential card identification number you will receive by your email. This code is necessary to register a card/ add a new card to your profile.
In the case of a card data theft or suspicion of an unauthorized use of the card, you should immediately block your card. You can temporally block your card (reversible operation) when you log in to your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl. To cancel the card (irreversible operation) call the Customer Service Centre at +48 22 535 11 11.
You can change your Virtual Sodexo Card’s PIN when you log in to your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl in the 'Card' tab.
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it. A link to change your password will be sent to the email address assigned to your profile.
If you want to change the phone number or e-mail that was assigned to the card, contact the Customer Service Centre at +48 22 535 11 11. Remember that the phone number is also your login, so if you change the phone number assigned to your card, your login also changes! You can also change your email address by logging into your profile at wirtualna.sodexo.pl under the 'Security' tab.
If you lost the device with your Google Pay/Apple Pay, we recommend you to block your Virtual Sodexo Card. You can also cancel your card by contacting the Customer Service. Remember that this is an irreversible operation and the use of your card will no longer be possible even if you find your phone. You can also log in to your Google/Apple account and block/delete the mobile device from your account.

Yes. The card issuer is DiPocket UAB, which is supervised by the Bank of Lithuania to which it regularly reports on its activities. As the institution supervised by the Bank of Lithuania, DiPocket UAB must comply with all applicable financial and consumer protection laws. Having the highest status as a member of Mastercard® Principal Member, DiPocket UAB is also subject to Mastercard® Rules of Conduct and other common operational regulations.
To order a new card after cancelling the existing one, contact the Customer Service Centre at +48 22 535 11 11. The activation code for a new card will be sent to the e-mail address registered at wirtualna.sodexo.pl. The fee for issuing a new card is PLN 20.
To make a complaint about a card transaction, contact the Customer Service Centre at kontakt.wirtualna@sodexo.com. It is important that you use the email address that is assigned to the card.
No. According to the Terms and Conditions, only a person who has received the card from an employer/business client and who owns the e-mail address to which the card activation code was sent is authorized to use the card.

An ePIN is a four-digit code that you will need to authorize online transactions. You will assign it when you register your card. The ePIN code must be different from the PIN code, which is used to authorize transactions at stationary stores and ATM withdrawals.
